Bruce began his legal career in 2013 at Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc. and worked in the commercial law and corporate law department until the end of 2016. During his time at Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc. Bruce dealt with a variety of legal matters such as: preparation of agreements; corporate structuring; attending court; B-BBEE structuring; and, the administering of late estates.
In 2017 Bruce joined the commercial law department of Lloyd Kieser Inc. and attended to a vast range of matters such as: preparation of various agreements; criminal legal proceedings; attending court; commercial matters; B-BBEE structuring; corporate structuring; property matters; conveyancing matters; notarial matters; domestic violence proceedings; and, the administration of late estates.
Bruce has also acted as a Director and In-House Counsel in the Agricultural Sector and was a Founding Member of the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants of South Africa.
In 2021, Bruce joined Bruno Simão Attorneys as the senior associate overseeing the litigation department and actively attending to a number of litigious matters in various courts across the country, especially those matters pertaining to evictions, property related matters and commercial legal proceedings.
