- “We“, “us” and “our” means and includes: Me; the content provider; content publisher; author; drafter; copyright holder; the host of Perfectly Legal; and, the agents (or representatives) of the aforementioned.
- “You” and “your” means you, including (but without limiting the generality of the aforegoing): successors-in-title; successors-in-office; assigns; cedents; heirs; executor; administrators; trustees; curators; business rescue practitioners; office bearers; and, liquidators.
- The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
Section B – No Advice or Reliance
- You agree and acknowledge that the content on and/or linked to on Perfectly Legal is not advice of any sort.
- You agree and acknowledge that you understand that you should not rely on any content published on Perfectly Legal.
Section C – Limitation of Liability

- Will not have any right of recourse against us.

In other words, you cannot sue us (including, without limiting the generality of the aforegoing: for relying on anything published on Perfectly Legal).
